About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Training Specialist to join our team at BALENCIAGA S.A.S. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales force.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs to meet the business needs of our retail teams
  • Collaborate with training managers and business leaders to identify competency gaps and develop training solutions
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans to meet the needs of our sales force
  • Deliver training programs to groups and individuals, using a variety of training methods and techniques
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with training providers and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail training and development

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field
  • Previous experience in training and development, preferably in luxury retail/hospitality industry
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
  • Fluent in French and English, with Italian a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
