We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at mc2i as a Learning and Development Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our employees' skills and employability, aligned with our defined skills development plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of the skills development plan, including needs assessment, consolidation, budgeting, and analysis of requests, as well as the annual review and update of the internal and external training catalog.

• Analyze expressed needs, identify relevant training programs, plan training sessions, and ensure activity reporting on a defined scope.

• Ensure follow-up on evaluations and the return of alerts (continuous improvement approach).

• Follow up on reporting (statistics and summaries) of activity according to defined deadlines and participate in the preparation of internal and legal documents (previsions plan, quarterly COPIL, training balance, social balance).

• Contribute to the feeding and proper parameterization of the Learning tool and its optimization.

Internal Trainers Community:

• Manage the internal trainers community: objective setting and planning of internal sessions.

• Ensure their accompaniment in achieving their objectives.

• Animate the internal trainers community through a plan to be defined.

• Accompany training designers, particularly in the creation of e-learning modules on our LMS/LCMS platform and on all innovative pedagogical methods.

Qualiopi:

• Pilot all actions carried out under our Qualiopi label.

• Ensure coordination with various stakeholders.

• Ensure the collection of evidence with the help of the two apprentices in the service.

Communication:

• Participate and propose internal communication actions on the development of skills to be disseminated on our intranet.

We offer a wide range of additional projects each year to the recruited collaborator to promote continuous improvement of our practices and allow him to develop his skills.

You are:

Holder of a Bac +5 minimum degree (HR specialization, vocational training, pedagogical engineering), you have at least 3 years of experience in the field of skills development and more specifically in training.

You master:

The legislation on continuing training;Training engineering;Management of several projects in transverse;The Office pack and particularly Excel (advanced level)

You have an excellent relational, a very good listening capacity and you are:

• Autonomous, proactive, and pragmatic in your approach and in your recommendations;

• Recognized for your team work skills and your ability to encourage collaboration between different experts;

• Rigorous and methodical.
