Building Envelope Project ManagerWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Envelope Project Manager to join our esteemed client's team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Manage the entire project lifecycle, encompassing all phases from initial solicitation to final delivery.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored technical solutions.
- Develop comprehensive commercial proposals that effectively communicate project scope, deliverables, and value proposition.
- Coordinate and schedule on-site interventions, ensuring meticulous preparation and adherence to safety protocols.
- Supervise construction teams, fostering a collaborative environment and upholding rigorous safety standards.
- Monitor project budgets diligently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and transparency throughout the process.
- Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in Building or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience managing building envelope projects.
- In-depth technical expertise in building envelope systems and construction methodologies.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to deadlines.
