Senior Information Security Manager

ProductLife Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Officer to join our IT team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Security Assessment: Identify existing vulnerabilities, potential threats, and areas where security practices are lacking.
- Implementing Security Measures: Deploy security technologies, establish security policies and procedures, and conduct employee training.
- Compliance Checks: Develop and update policies and procedures to meet compliance requirements, conduct regular audits, and prepare compliance reports.
- Monitoring Security Systems: Review logs, check alerts from intrusion detection systems, or scan for malware.
- Performing Risk Assessments: Evaluate vulnerabilities in systems, applications, and networks, and develop plans to mitigate these risks.
- Responding to Security Incidents: Coordinate with IT teams to contain the breach, conduct forensic analysis to determine the cause, and implement measures to prevent future incidents.
- Ensuring Compliance: Review regulatory requirements and ensure the company's IT practices comply with laws like GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
- Collaborating with IT Teams: Collaborate with network administrators, system administrators, and software developers to ensure a cohesive approach to security.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in information security and IT compliance roles, with a strong understanding of security principles and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and industry standards like ISO 27001.
- Experience with security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and prioritize security risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are a plus.
