Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a BFE Supplier Readiness Manager and Coordinator. This role will be responsible for ensuring the forward-looking readiness and maturity of our Cabin BFE suppliers to deliver on the requirements of Airbus and its customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Purchasing organization in front of the Programs and represent the Programs in front of Purchasing.
  • Capture and deliver program procurement needs.
  • Consolidate the procurement action plan and deliverables, meeting milestones and delivering on time, at cost, and quality of products and/or services provided as required.
  • Consolidate the dashboard to the program.
Requirements
  • Experience in supplier management and development is a must.
  • A strong internal cabin network is an asset.
  • Excellent level of training in Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Logistics, Business, industrial management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Logistics, or Business Management, industrial management, or Engineering with management responsibilities, within the world of aeronautics and the internal aircraft cabin is essential.
  • Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to simplify complex and abstract information and generate a strategic approach.
  • Ability to drive change and transformation.
  • Willingness to travel: frequent travel to supplier sites will be required (60% - 80%).
  • Business fluent English is essential and unavoidable.
