Project Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Control Lead to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our European Industrials business, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex, high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with a remote team of cost managers to establish a cost baseline and ensure client value for money.
- Guide and influence the general contractor to ensure project progress aligns with the schedule and cash flow parameters.
- Control costs using conceptual estimating, funding stage gates, and procurement principles.
- Lead change management processes and workflows, providing a platform for adding, tracking, and approving changes.
- Coordinate and lead planning sessions and workshops with clients and vendors to compile the master project/programme schedule.
- Understand procurement principles, collate lead times from vendors and clients, and communicate prioritization of ordering materials and equipment.
- Hold vendors accountable for schedule updates and reporting to maintain timely and accurate updates of the master schedule.
- Experience in project controls coordination across all phases of the project lifecycle, including program, risk, and reporting.
- Project experience in large, complex construction projects, ideally in Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Life Science sectors.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6.
- Strong time management skills, quick thinking, and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Flexible mobility advantageous, with projects often requiring travel to industrial and science & technology locations.
