The Role: Solution Implementation Consultant
As a Solution Implementation Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering successful D365 Finance & Operations implementations for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design and configure solutions, provide training, and ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in client workshops to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Conduct functional analysis and design D365 Finance & Operations configurations to meet client specifications.
- Lead the implementation process, including data migration, testing, and user training.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities by conducting demos and providing technical expertise.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- Proven experience implementing D365 Finance & Operations solutions.
- Strong understanding of ERP principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
