Job Description

As a senior financial professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supervising the work of your team members (assistants and financial accountants).
  • Serving as a technical expert within the agency.
  • Managing the financial process for your portfolio of clients.
  • Preparing financial statements and tax returns.
  • Maintaining regular relationships with the agency's clients.

These responsibilities will involve traveling to different agency locations to promote collaboration and cohesion among teams.

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in accounting and at least 5 years of experience as an autonomous financial accountant or mission leader. You should appreciate being recognized as a technical expert and being sought out by your colleagues for your skills. You should also enjoy sharing your experience and strengthening relationships with your colleagues. You should be motivated to take on responsibilities that go beyond simple financial production within an agency and contribute to the growth of a dynamic agency. Additionally, you should appreciate client contact.
