About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at BYD France. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, providing a welcoming environment for our colleagues and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office administration, including reception tasks, meeting coordination, and event planning.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure a reliable office environment.
  • Oversee office stock, inventories, and cleanliness, as well as manage facility issues and company car fleet.
  • Support the Country Manager and France Team Leaders in managing procedures and organizational processes.
  • Develop and implement intra-office communication protocols and streamline administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with Chinese a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with good skills in PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of modern archiving and documentation methods.
