Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Innovation Partnership Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be part of Eramet Ideas' Open Innovation department, which aims to boost the Group's innovation by identifying new business opportunities and emerging technologies, and by establishing strategic innovation partnerships that create value for the Group.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and cultivate new innovation partnerships, as well as manage existing partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies for delivering innovation through partnerships.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure that all parties meet the terms of the agreement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnerships with the company's overall goals.
- Communicate the value of partnerships to the company's management team and other stakeholders.
- Monitor partnership performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential new partnership opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in innovation, open innovation, business development, or marketing.
- Knowledge in mining operations and the global mining ecosystem is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and results-oriented skills.
- Fluent in English.
