Global Data Quality Lead
With the ever-changing market dynamics, the importance of having trusted, governed, and quality data is paramount for our analytical and business partners. Data domains are partners in our organization to bring efficiency and transparency in our data management, in collaboration and compliance with our Data Governance Office and guidelines, to provide secured access to our data assets within L'Oreal's Beauty Tech Data Platform.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Sell Out Data Quality Guidelines, processes, and playbooks with an understanding and qualification of the business requirements: scope, issues, objectives.
- Define critical objects and attributes for the Sell Out Data Domain with our global and regional Data Quality Leads and Data Product owners.
- Implement and support the implementation within the Sell Out Data Domain ecosystem.
- Animate, data custodian, and consult data architect on quality matters.
- Data-related policies
- Ensure the respect of the product data group standards/policies.
- Document and communicate new best practices/standards.
- Write new, policy-compliant processes where required.
Data Quality Monitoring Tools Adoption
- Lead masterclasses and workshops to onboard our key data management partners on Data Quality monitoring tools.
- Drive adoption of Data Quality tools and upskill on Data Quality KPI understanding to support efficient data issue understanding and remediation.
- Implement an Incident Management process to streamline and simplify data quality issues remediation with consideration of dependencies with other data domains.
Foster Data Quality for All Mindset
- Monitor our domain's KPIs to measure data quality and monitor deviation from acceptable quality levels.
- Communicate insights gained or analyzed from data quality monitoring to support topics such as data acquisition, process gaps, etc.
- Bring to the forefront of dependencies with other data domains and support in alignment of actions to facilitate cross-domain interactions and usage.
