L'Oréal is a global leader in the beauty industry, with a rich history of innovation and a commitment to excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Data Analytics Lead to join our team and contribute to our digital transformation strategy.

About the Role

The Master Data Analytics Lead will be responsible for proposing and delivering analytics solutions that contribute to Master Data Management in various configurations. This includes full responsibility for master data consistency and quality checks solutions, as well as master data end-to-end interfaces monitoring solutions. The successful candidate will also work closely with other IT Analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of master data and referential in analytics data models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and represent Master Data Analytics, facing various Data Domains and their solutions owners, as well as other IT teams.
  • Organize and analyze business needs, frame and design IT solutions, and participate in the design, build, and evolution of inbound data processing from sources.
  • Build and assess expert profiles, guarantee development and project management quality, and ensure respect of plannings, budgets, and priorities.
  • Support and coordinate the support organization to live users.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An engineer in Information Technology with a minimum of 5 years of experience in development and project management for Analytics or Business Intelligence solutions.
  • A solid BI/Analytics expertise, based on an effective practice through each of the lifecycle steps of a project, experimented on Google Cloud platform, Big Query, MS Power BI, data cataloging, data modeling, data analytics processing, data exploration, data querying, and data visualization skills.
  • The ability to exchange fluently in English on your topics in an international context.
