Project Manager Energy Transition

VINCI Energies en France is committed to making the energy transition a reality. Our mission is to support our business units in developing their offers and facilitating their interactions with the entire VINCI Energies network.
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with other VINCI Energies areas of expertise, our network of business units, and other entities of the VINCI group to support innovative projects.
- Carrying out market studies: a significant part of your work will consist of conducting market studies to enable strategic decision-making (depending on the geographical area, sector of activity, positioning on the value chain, or external growth).
- Animation of the network: to allow entities to share their experiences, work together, and build skills on innovative subjects, working groups, clubs, and other decision-making bodies exist. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and structuring these meetings, as well as monitoring the various projects that follow.
- The development of offers: the VINCI Energies brand team benefits from a detailed vision of innovations in the energy sector and continuously supports the companies of the group in the construction of relevant offers and the response to calls for tenders.
Beyond that:
- You will anticipate new business models and support our network of business units in their offer development.
- You will gain a general knowledge of the market, players, and potential partners.
- You will participate in technical clusters, professional associations, trade fairs, and public talks.
- You will work closely with the Technical & Innovation Team, particularly on technical and innovative aspects.
- You will help build offers, brochures, presentations, webinars, and conferences with the Communication team.
- You will promote environmental excellence with the Strategy & Environment team.
Within the team and the global VINCI Energies network, you will be:
- The contact point on the following topics: Energy Transmission.
- The brand representative at national and international conferences and seminars (lobbying actions).
- The referent of potential interns/juniors when carrying out market research.
- The facilitator for management committees (3 to 5 times a year) and international and regional clubs dedicated to each sector of activity.
- You have a particular interest in the energy sector.
- You are proactive.
- You are comfortable working autonomously and developing strong working relationships with the team and various stakeholders from different levels of our organization and external partners.
- You have a good sense of organization, and you have the appropriate skills to act transversally.
- You are curious and value teamwork while knowing how to remain autonomous. Your motivation and proactivity will allow you to take full advantage of this professional experience.
- You like working in an international context.
- Master's degree: in Electrical Engineering or Energy and Environmental Engineering or business school.
- 2-5 years of experience - if possible in an international context - in a similar position. Many trips in France and abroad are to be expected.
- Capacity to understand quickly a complex and international organization.
- You are open-minded, self-starting, inquisitive, agile, multi-tasking, and you work independently.
- You are an extroverted and curious person, you have good organizational skills, and you work autonomously and have an appetite for technical subjects.
- You are dynamic and have a positive attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills, enthusiast, dynamic, creative, curious.
- Language: French, English (both written and spoken). Another language (German, Spanish, or Portuguese) would be a plus.
- Ability to work in an international network. You should agree to travel in and out of France.
