Key Responsibilities:
- Training Support: Assist in the administrative and financial oversight of professional training initiatives. Aid in the compilation of reports across various divisions.
- Recruitment Assistance: Prepare and disseminate job advertisements, evaluate and shortlist candidates in collaboration with hiring managers, and enhance the visibility of job postings and employer branding on professional platforms.
- Cross-Functional Contributions: Engage in the operational execution of cross-departmental projects such as Onboarding, Campus Management, and Talent Development Programs.
Candidate Profile:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program focused on Human Resources (Bachelor's to Master's level).
- Prior experience in Human Resources is advantageous.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, email systems, scheduling applications, and professional networking sites.
- Essential Skills: Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, customer-focused mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, adaptability, and a TOEIC score of 700.
