Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in cross-functional activities, including audit assignments within the AMIEO Region.
- Lead or participate in audit assignments aligned with the approved regional annual Audit Plan.
- Develop and formalize audit findings and recommendations in reports addressed to senior management.
- Monitor the implementation of action plans and support the JSOX certification process for the AMIEO Region.
- Participate in JSOX reviews, including quality reviews and quarterly or year-end checks as needed.
- Understand the risk profile of the AMIEO Region to inform the creation of the annual Audit Plan.
Required Background and Experience:
- Hold a degree from a top business school or university with a specialization in Economics, Finance, or Accounting (ideally with certifications such as CPA, ACCA, DESCG, or CIA).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Finance & Controlling and external or internal audit.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages being an asset.
- Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SAP are beneficial.
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Capacity to operate effectively in a complex, multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to distill complex processes into concise summaries.
- Business acumen and action-oriented mindset.
