As the Head of Engineering, you'll lead a team of 40 individuals with technical and QA expertise, ensuring their commitment and successful delivery. You'll work closely with the Head of Product and the Head of Payment to coordinate with other product and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage a large technical team
  • Work closely with the Head of Product and the Head of Payment
  • Inspire, drive, and develop Engineering Managers
  • Ensure the technical work is following industry standards
  • Support Engineering Managers in all aspects of their mission

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Engineering or similar leadership role in application development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of delivering and maintaining successful and innovative applications
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing engineering teams
  • Strong interest in business (acquisition, lead, conversion, payment, churn, advertising, CRM, ...)
