We are seeking a skilled Compiler Engineer to contribute to the design and implementation of a compilation back-end for RISC-V processor architectures. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a cutting-edge technological setting, combining software and hardware expertise within an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement compiler technologies using LLVM and GCC.
- Develop and optimize low-level software and hardware components.
- Collaborate with the team to create innovative solutions for RISC-V processor architectures.
- Contribute to the development of open-source code and participate in code reviews.
- Work with Linux administration, particularly installation and maintenance.
- Apply knowledge of computer architecture specifications and low-level software development.
- Familiarity with Fortran and its applications.
- Prior experience with compiler technologies, preferably with LLVM or GCC.
- Strong programming skills in C and/or C++.
- Open-source code commits and reviews are beneficial.
- Familiarity with FPGA design and prototyping flows.
- Linux administration skills, particularly installation and maintenance.
- Experience with low-level software or hardware development.
- Knowledge of Fortran.
