We are a forward-thinking and dynamic team looking for a dedicated Backend Software Engineer (.NET Core) to work on our cloud-based communication platforms, utilizing the latest technologies in C# and .NET Core, hosted on AWS with cloud-native tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop systems that are both scalable and resilient, ensuring they can handle failures gracefully.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle from initial design through to testing and deployment in production.
- Engage with a variety of technologies and programming languages, with a primary focus on C# and .NET Core.
- Contribute to the improvement of our development processes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proactively monitor production environments, troubleshoot issues, and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, DevOps experts, and product managers to deliver high-quality products.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in collaborative software development, deployment, and maintenance in a production environment.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core and a genuine enthusiasm for technology.
- Understanding of DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a self-organizing, cross-functional team, promoting collaboration and respect among peers.
- Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with service-oriented architecture and distributed systems.
