Responsabilités- Superviser le développement, la mise en œuvre et l'amélioration du programme de conformité de l'entreprise.
- Coordonner les mises à jour de la cartographie des risques de corruption du Groupe.
- Prendre des mesures pour traiter les situations de non-conformité et créer des plans réalistes pour les surmonter.
- Fournir l'orientation et le soutien nécessaires aux équipes Business et Operations.
- Fournir des conseils et un soutien aux fonctions opérationnelles en matière de conformité.
- Assister le Délégué à la Protection des Données en fournissant des conseils d'expert.
- Rédiger de nouvelles politiques de protection des données internes.
- Préparer et renforcer la conformité avec la future réglementation résultant de la Directive sur le Reporting de Durabilité des Entreprises (CSRD) et la Directive sur le Devoir de Vigilance des Entreprises (CSDDD).
- Mettre en place une veille juridique et de conformité.
- Avoir de l'intégrité et une éthique professionnelle.
- Démontrer des compétences de travail en équipe.
- Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais indispensable tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
