About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Sales Associate to join our team at WARDROBE, a leading luxury fashion brand based in Paris. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales team in executing sales campaigns, organizing showroom appointments, and assisting with overall sales administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send invitations to wholesale customers for showroom appointments, sales campaigns, and events
  • Prepare selling tools, such as iPads, for the sales team to use during showroom appointments
  • Welcome customers to the showroom and lead them through product presentations and showroom appointments
  • Respond to wholesale customer inquiries, providing product information, order updates, and resolving any issues promptly
  • Send product libraries, recommended retail prices (RRPs), and markdown calendars to customers
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in wholesale administration is preferred
  • Ability to work with data, track stock levels, and identify trends
  • Fluent in English and French (additional languages highly appreciated)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
