Ubisoft is seeking a passionate Learning & Development Partner to join our dynamic HR Transversal Tech Team in Paris, France.
As part of a dedicated team of 25 professionals supporting Ubisoft's global tech workforce of nearly 3,200 individuals, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent development within our cutting-edge technology departments.
Reporting directly to the Transversal Tech HR Development Director, your primary focus will be on designing, implementing, and managing impactful learning initiatives that align with business objectives and empower our tech teams to excel.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify Learning Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to pinpoint critical skill gaps and development opportunities within our tech teams, ensuring our learning programs directly address current and future business needs.
- Design Engaging Learning Experiences: Develop and deliver a range of upskilling programs, workshops, and learning interventions that cater to diverse learning styles and enhance employee knowledge, skills, and competencies.
- Content Creation & Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to create engaging and impactful learning content, leveraging the latest instructional design methodologies and formats.
- Skills Mapping & Development: Conduct comprehensive skills assessments across tech teams, identifying critical skills required for both present and future business success. Develop a clear roadmap for employee skill development, outlining structured learning pathways and addressing identified gaps.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Utilize L&D dashboards to track program effectiveness, measure impact, and continuously refine our learning initiatives based on data-driven insights.
