Mission

Exail's Quantum Systems activity stems from the absorption of Muquans, a start-up that has developed unique expertise in quantum sensors. These revolutionary instruments, at the frontiers of science and technology, combine laser, optoelectronic, and ultra-high vacuum sub-assemblies, offering high-level performance.

As a member of our diverse and dynamic team of around 40 people, you will combine skills in optics, lasers, electronics, computing, systems, mechanics, ultra-high vacuum, and atomic physics.

Responsibilities :
  • Absolute quantum gravimeters capable of measuring gravity with a relative accuracy of 10-9, dedicated to geophysics applications including volcanology.
  • Differential quantum gravimeters measuring gravity's vertical gradient to 10-10 g/m.
  • Laser-cooled microwave atomic clocks providing a time reference with relative stability of 10^15.

In this context, you will work on the quantum gravity sensors product line, performing thorough characterization of instruments, participating in post-sales customer support, and contributing to communication during exhibitions or conferences.
