About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Business Analyst to join our consulting or implementation team for IT projects in the financial sector, primarily with insurance companies. As a key member of our team, you will conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test created solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis and define functional requirements for IT projects
- Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis
- Be an active member of an Agile team, taking ownership of your topics
- Test yourself in various roles and tasks in an international environment
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Practical experience in Guidewire systems implementation or maintenance as a business or system analyst or tester
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions to complex problems
- Strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills to present results of your work
- Ability to work with external clients from the financial sector in a professional environment
- Ability to learn quickly in a friendly but challenging international environment
- Great command of English and French language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers
Nice to Have
We are also looking for candidates with:
- Familiarity with insurance business processes
- Experience working in fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance
- Team leadership skills and management experience
- Additional languages
