In light of the successful introduction of our dedicated Cloud solution, Darktrace is looking to expand our team of Cloud Infrastructure Solutions Specialists. This dynamic and high-profile role is customer-centric and will assist our EMEA sales teams with significant customer opportunities in the Cloud sector.
Your expertise will be pivotal in offering technical pre-sales support, collaborating with account teams to drive revenue growth and enhance the adoption of our cloud offerings. As a key technical authority, you will serve as a primary resource for both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in securing client multi-cloud environments utilizing Cyber AI, sharing your enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of cloud provider ecosystems in this client-facing role at the forefront of cyber security solutions. Your technical proficiency will be essential in addressing client and account team requirements, ultimately resulting in increased revenue and client satisfaction.
Daily Activities Include:
- Collaborating with account and leadership teams to formulate cloud-specific sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets,
- Guiding customers through demonstrations and Proof of Value, positioning Darktrace within their cloud frameworks,
- Identifying new upsell opportunities in the cloud by fostering strong technical relationships with clients and channel partners,
- Sharing insights through technology assessments and product evaluations,
- Assisting the account team in crafting deployment strategies and architectures for clients.
Candidate Profile:
We invite applications from individuals who possess a robust background as a software sales engineer or technical account manager, along with expertise in at least one cloud service provider platform. Ideally, you will hold relevant certifications to complement this experience and have a solid understanding of both on-premise and cloud networking. Additionally, you will likely have:
- Experience in supporting consultative selling through technical acumen,
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information effectively,
- The capability to establish enduring business relationships,
- A collaborative mindset, able to guide as necessary to ensure team success,
- Fluency in both French and English.
