Job Overview

As a key member of the strategy analysis division at CS GROUP, your role will encompass a variety of essential responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative ESA Strategy methodologies;
  • Assist in the establishment of the Strategic Coordination Body (pending approval from DG);
  • Facilitate collaboration with various stakeholders, including ESA's Digital Transformation Office;
  • Aid in the formulation of the Change Management Plan;
  • Undertake additional tasks arising from the ESA Transformation initiative;
  • Contribute to the Long-Term Planning (LTP) framework;
  • Participate in the LTP SWOT analysis;
  • Gather insights and feedback from LTP contributors;
  • Redesign the structure of the LTP;
  • Oversee the management of the new LTP design;
  • Conduct diverse analyses on topics relevant to the Agency's future, such as Opportunity assessments and Impact evaluations;
  • Engage in activities aimed at strengthening ESA/EU relationships;
  • Assist in defining the Agenda 2029;
  • Contribute to the development of Vision 2040;
  • Support the preparation of council meetings.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and relevant experience:

  • A Master's degree in aerospace engineering or a related discipline;
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in market and trend analysis;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities;
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional European language is advantageous.
