About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our client, a leading provider of HVAC systems. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will collaborate closely with delivery services, technicians, and project managers to effectively meet project needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and maintaining equipment for projects, ensuring it is ready for deployment.
- Gathering information from the sales department and coordinating with the project manager to prepare the necessary materials for each intervention, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Managing common tools and company vehicles, maintaining their proper upkeep and availability.
- Receiving and reintegrating items from projects into stock, accurately documenting inventory levels and movements.
- Managing and distributing consumables, ensuring efficient use and replenishment of essential supplies.
- Ensuring rational restocking practices and promoting the responsible use of equipment, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
Profile
We are looking for candidates with experience or training in the HVAC field. Proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite) is essential. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a dynamic approach. They demonstrate logistical expertise, autonomy, and initiative, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
