Job Title: Senior Consultant Field

At Syneos Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant Field to lead the development of digital innovation products. This role requires a strong understanding of digital technologies and the ability to translate client brand strategy into a clear and compelling product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of digital innovation products from concept to delivery
  • Ensure the company remains at the cutting edge of the industry by keeping track of the latest thinking and translating it into practical methodologies
  • Translate client brand strategy into a clear and compelling product strategy, bringing together all viable touch points to deliver an approach that drives differentiation in the market
  • Work alongside the Innovation Lead to develop offerings for new business and provide vision and strategy to existing core accounts
  • Provide strong client services, including day-to-day communications and planning workshops with client teams
  • Develop accounts, becoming familiar with client needs and barriers specific to their brand and product, and provide a viable and effective product or technological solution
  • Have strong technical expertise or background that can inform product management, with familiarity with code and programming
  • Work with other omnichannel team members to bring plans to life, including tactical innovation, channel subject matter experts, customer relationship management, and closed loop marketing integration
Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in a healthcare agency environment
  • An understanding of current web technologies and what is possible within a digital environment and in physical channels
  • Confident and convincing presentation and facilitation skills
  • A willingness to constructively challenge colleagues, other agencies, and clients alike
  • Comfortable advising and collaborating with other extended team members
  • A proven track record of successfully running large complex digital projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A solid understanding of the complete project management lifecycle, from financial management to understanding the technical aspects of digital delivery
  • Knowledge of financial management and budget for projects
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and administrative skills
