Position Overview

We are in search of an IT Support Specialist to join our team for a client based in Marseille, France. This role is designed for a minimum engagement of three months.

The primary duties include:

  • Managing the replacement of consumables for printing devices and providing user assistance in a dedicated IT and telecommunications environment for incident resolution and inquiries related to mobile devices, tablets, and laptops.
  • Configuring workstations on the integration platform.
  • Overseeing stock management, including receipt, inventory, material returns, and maintenance.
  • Handling backlog management using the client's tools.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in workstation environments, mobile telephony (Android and iOS), and specific software applications (Windows and business applications).
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a background in IT studies, ideally holding a degree in Computer Science.

With 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience, you should have a solid understanding of the job requirements.
