ENGIE IT is seeking a highly skilled Basware Technical Expertise Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Basware solution for ENGIE entities.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in projects to implement the Basware solution for ENGIE entities, ensuring a deep understanding of each entity's information, contacts, and specificities.
- Ensure the proper functioning and stability of Basware by conducting thorough tests, analyses, and resolving technical issues.
- Perform rigorous testing to guarantee Basware meets internal requirements and functions correctly.
- Develop excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the software publisher, internal teams, and suppliers, with a strong command of French and professional English.
- Maintain knowledge of Basware integration with SAP and the I2P process (invoices to pay) from both a Basware perspective and its implementation in SAP.
- Stay up-to-date on the requirements related to the electronic invoicing reform of the DGFIP (French Tax Administration).
- Contract Type: Permanent
