Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Premium Beauty Media. As a Technical Sales Manager EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, managing key distributors, and driving revenue growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective customers to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Build incremental business with existing customers by upselling across our product portfolio and leveraging your technical expertise to provide value-added solutions.
  • Carry out productive customer visits, analyzing sales data and competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities that can be leveraged to drive sales growth.
  • Foster strong working relationships with colleagues and management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the personal care ingredient market in EMEA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
