Scope
This role sits within the Revenue Management department at our headquarters.
Main Responsibilities
- Clean, prepare, and maintain data for analysis.
- Develop tools to empower key account managers in driving business growth.
- Continuously seek innovative methods for optimizing data management through process improvements or new tools.
- Maintain and update existing reports according to established schedules.
- Define user requirements and create new reports.
- Provide business support by analyzing activities and providing insights.
Accountability & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data and reporting.
Profile (Experience & Qualifications)
We are seeking an individual with experience handling substantial datasets and simplifying complex information. Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is essential. Excellent written and spoken English skills are required.
