Your Responsibilities:
As part of our team, your primary goal will be to meet the expectations of clients from our partner brands through various communication channels (Phone, Email, Livechat, WhatsApp, and other Social Media platforms).
Your expertise will revolve around three key areas:
Pre-Sales:
- Act as the primary contact for clients seeking information about product availability or reservations;
- Provide tailored advice to clients by presenting the most suitable offers, products, or services;
- As an Ambassador of the brand, you will be the first point of contact for clients remotely;
- Assist clients in navigating the websites of partner brands to find products or services.
Sales:
- Deliver a personalized customer experience by showcasing iconic models and executing the sales ceremony;
- Guide clients through the online ordering process;
- Convey the luxury brand's values and ensure the highest standards of service;
- Foster client loyalty;
- Identify potential needs and suggest complementary products.
Post-Sales:
- Focus on solution-oriented approaches;
- Oversee the resolution of post-sale inquiries;
- Contribute to client retention by establishing a privileged relationship, including courtesy calls or invitations to unique events;
- Reach out to clients who have expressed dissatisfaction to identify issues and re-engage them.
Your Profile:
Job Requirements:
- A strong affinity for multicultural environments and a fluent command of German (CEFR level: C1) is essential;
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency and adaptability with digital tools;
- Ability to tailor experiences to meet the unique needs of luxury clients.
