Job Summary:
Airbus Helicopters SAS is seeking a highly skilled Export Control Compliance Specialist to join our team in Marignane, France. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the Airbus Helicopters Export Control Compliance Program, working closely with business functions to support their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process improvement for COM-35, the Airbus Helicopters Export Control process
- Ownership of the AH Export Control chatbot and G-site, administrator for the Export Control Google drive
- Ownership of some of the AH Export Control KPIs
- Support for Export Control risks and opportunities management
- Support in the implementation of the Export Control Compliance Program (ECCP) and harmonization of processes and tools across AH French, German, and Spanish pillars
- Contributor to transverse projects with an Export Control dimension
Requirements:
- Completed studies in law (international or public law, International Relations), engineering, or program management with experience in export control
- More than 5 years of experience in a multinational environment with consulting work for a Program Management Office (PMO)
- International experience, preferably in the aerospace and aviation sectors Defense
- Business acumen and ethical conduct in a highly regulated business environment
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Sound business judgment
- Ability to advise others appropriately and make decisions
- Excellent writing skills for writing and editing policies and proceedings, reports, and memoranda
- Strong social skills in relationship building, networking, interpersonal relationships, and communication
- High level of initiative, credibility, independence, integrity, and confidentiality
- Languages: fluent French and English, German a plus
- Google workplace knowledge
