Job Summary:
Amplifon Group is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to support the reorganization of our Finance department in France. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Order-to-Cash processes and ensuring the accuracy of our financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring the correctness of the process to match orders and invoices from our stores to our accounting systems.
- Reconcile sub-ledgers and transitory accounts on a monthly basis.
- Oversee the credit management process, ensuring timely and accurate credit recovery.
- Lead the teams of Cash Applications and Credit management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing Order-to-Cash and Credit management activities, including team management.
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
- Knowledge of ERP (ideally Oracle) and Point-of-Sales systems would be preferred.
- Fluent French and English skills are mandatory.
