Senior Project Manager for Radar Front-End Validation

Are you passionate about contributing to the development of life-saving solutions? We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team at NXP Semiconductors in Toulouse, France.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the validation engineering teams in the development of NXP's next chip generation. Your primary goal will be to ensure that deliverables are produced within the specified constraints of quality, time, and cost.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site leadership for validation engineering teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals and adhere to their responsibilities and project milestones.
  • Plan and lead the execution throughout the entire project life cycle from initial phase to product release.
  • Track project progress and report to project community, management, and stakeholders or customers on progress and KPIs.
  • Manage risks and change requests.
Requirements
  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in automotive project/program management.
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills.
  • Fluent in English language both oral and written to work in an international environment with colleagues around the world.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing to present to executive sponsors.
  • Knowledge in automotive project development flow and validation.
  • Open to new ideas and have a creative attitude.
