Job Title: IT Manager EMEI

Christian Louboutin is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our EMEI region. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement regional IT roadmap in alignment with business needs
  • Manage regional IT budget and daily operations
  • Plan and deliver regional projects, including store openings and software/hardware evolutions
  • Ensure application of IT standards and methodologies
  • Manage customer relationships and communicate business needs to IT and Transformation Department
  • Lead by example and develop team training and coaching to ensure motivation and performance
Requirements:
  • Graduate engineer degree/BAC+5
  • Significant experience in IT management at international level for a retail store network
  • Experience in team management
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Projects management experience, including stores openings, ecom and CRM initiatives, helpdesk development, ERP scoping and testing
