Squaar, a prominent player in the industrial sector, is seeking a Technical Project Manager (MOE) to enhance their project management team. This role is newly established within the organization.
Role Overview:- Assess the feasibility and implications of IT requirements articulated by the business or AMOA.
- Create project timelines while considering internal resource allocation and identifying additional staffing needs.
- Facilitate coordination among various technical and business divisions.
- Oversee project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Organize, supervise, and evaluate work performed by external vendors or internal IT teams.
- Lead project steering committees and deliver consistent updates on project progress.
- Ensure ongoing project oversight and comprehensive reporting.
- Document all project outputs (including meeting notes, feasibility assessments, specifications, testing protocols, etc.).
- Guarantee adherence to security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Direct the testing phase prior to project launch.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with at least 5 years of experience in managing application projects.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL), data integration (EAI, API Management), and design methodologies.
- Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems is advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of processes, methodologies, and project management tools.
- Genuine interest in the industrial domain.
- A commitment to balancing quality and efficiency while delivering dependable and sustainable solutions.
