MissionWithin our distribution activity, we are seeking a full-time Commercial Agent (H/F).
Missions:
Ensure sales at the agency reception for all clients;
Ensure client satisfaction within the scope of services offered by the company;
Welcome clients and identify their needs, provide advice, assistance, and solutions (products and services);
Prepare and send quotes and follow up;
Offer complementary products;
Conclude sales and place orders within the scope of delegated pricing;
Defend margins by resisting price reductions;
Respect client deadlines;
Manage disputes;
Participate in commercial actions;
Support the Technical Commercial Attaché in negotiations and technical projects;
Ensure order preparation and transmit all necessary information to the logistics team.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a customer service mindset, and a strong work ethic. You should have a degree in commerce or a related field and experience in sales.
You should have knowledge of wood products and interior/exterior joinery, as well as experience in self-service. This role is ideal for someone with these skills.
