Job MissionWe are looking for a Construction and Maintenance Site Manager for our Massy agency.
Under the supervision of your future activity manager, you will prepare and organize construction sites (procurement, resources, and equipment) using the available digital tools.
You will ensure the successful completion of tasks, within budget and deadlines, with a focus on profitability.
You will propose improvements to operations, performance, and customer service.
You will be responsible for the installation of all heating, plumbing, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
You may be required to create quotes and manage procurement and material reception.
As an autonomous and responsible professional, you will work alone or in teams on construction projects in industrial and tertiary sectors.
Job RequirementsYou appreciate teamwork and have solid knowledge of CVC, which enables you to make valuable contributions in your field with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety.
Your technical skills and professionalism will allow you to manage your construction sites and customer relationships independently.
You hold a CAP-BEP diploma in Plumbing and Heating and have at least 5 years of experience in the field.
A valid driving license (B) is required.
