Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Investor Relations team as a Financial Communication Intern. As a key member of our team, you will assist in producing financial communication materials, coordinate with the Finance team, and review translations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in producing financial communication materials, including quarterly results, shareholder meetings, and rating agency reports.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial statements and communication materials.
  • Review translations from English to French and French to English to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze industry benchmarks to inform financial communication strategies.
  • Assist in monitoring stock performance and help produce weekly/monthly newsletters for management.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Excellent command of financial techniques, including financial analysis and valuation methodologies.
  • Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Rigor and high-quality standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
