Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including publishing job offers, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
- Support the HR team in the management of employee data, including personnel files, benefits, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate employee onboarding, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment
- Provide administrative support for HR-related projects, such as policy development and employee communications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files and benefits
Requirements
