About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Maintenance Technician to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in maintenance teams to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance plans and procedures
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal production levels
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
- Assist in the development and implementation of energy-saving initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in an industrial setting
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
