Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to optimize cost control, inventory management, and overhead spending.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence
  • Design and implement efficient supply chain processes, leveraging technology and data analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization.
• Leadership & Collaboration
  • Provide visionary leadership to a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving collective goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
• Inventory Management
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
• Transport & Logistics
  • Manage regional transport and stock control operations, optimizing logistics networks and fostering collaboration among teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce transportation costs, improve delivery times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Project Management
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive impactful projects, leveraging data analytics and process improvements to drive business results.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Education
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics.
• Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of driving process improvements, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language proficiency a plus.
