About the Role
The Renewal Operations Specialist is a key member of the EMEA Renewal central team, reporting directly to the Renewal Director. This role is responsible for proactively supporting the operational functions of the Renewal Sales cycle, ensuring seamless communication with various stakeholders, including Renewal Team Leaders, local Representatives, IT, distributors, and resellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound renewal inquiries from internal teams, channels, and customers, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain high-quality data hygiene in renewal tools and Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and document guidelines, internal operation policies, and processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Proactively maintain up-to-date documentation on internal and external portals, ensuring easy access to critical information.
- Support new hire onboarding and training on renewal processes and best practices, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Cross-functional collaboration with IT, Order Management, Customer Support, Enterprise Agreement team, Pricing, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment on renewal processes.
- Assist in renewal operations tasks in backup of local renewal reps, including quote creation and reporting.
- Perform other duties and projects assigned to support the growth of Fortinet's business.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, with an additional language advantageous.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong understanding of MS Office.
- Salesforce and Tableau knowledge preferred.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and attention to detail required.
- Experience in renewal business desired.
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
