At Arm Limited, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Operations Specialist to join our Local Workplace team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Sophia Office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Local Workplace team, including coordinating office services and managing supplies.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the Front of House, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Assist with space planning, seating arrangements, and office layout adjustments to optimize the office environment.
- Manage and support Physical Security operations, ensuring compliance with global standards.
- Organize corporate and local events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and shipments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are available and well-maintained for staff and visitors.
- Deliver onboarding and inductions to new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
- Supervise and manage office supplies, furniture, and equipment inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
- Experience in office management, including space management, office relocation, and coordinating administrative tasks.
- Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and associated performance monitoring techniques.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and interest in learning relevant Workplace tools and systems.
