With over 30 years of expertise in sterile unit doses, we operate across four continents, boasting 10 manufacturing sites and a team of over 2,000 dedicated professionals.
Our Coutances site specializes in producing preservative-free Multidose and sterile Unit Doses, employing more than 350 individuals.
Your Role as a Maintenance Team Leader
As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment. Your responsibilities encompass:
- Leading and managing a team of maintenance technicians.
- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of production equipment within your designated area.
- Implementing strategies to optimize maintenance operations and traceability.
- Managing the spare parts inventory effectively.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional departments, including production, logistics, quality assurance, and validation.
- Conducting training sessions to disseminate best practices and work methods across the company.
- Adhering to all relevant rules, procedures, and instructions related to health, safety, environment (HSE), quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role, with prior team management experience preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Maintenance Engineering or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of aseptic filling and packaging processes, machine technology, safety devices, troubleshooting methodologies, spare parts management, breakdown analysis, and standardization.
- Strong understanding of Industrial Electricity, Mechanics, Automation, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics.
- Proficiency in business software applications and the Microsoft Office suite.
