The Role: Garden Sector Manager

We are seeking a passionate and driven Garden Sector Manager to lead and supervise a team of 5 employees within our store in Coutances. This family business, with over 30 years of experience, is looking for an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.

  • Leadership & Team Management: You will foster a cohesive and supportive team environment, inspiring your colleagues and delegating responsibilities effectively.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage stock levels, place orders, and optimize the layout of the garden sector to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Product Expertise & Customer Focus: Actively engage with customers on the shop floor, providing expert advice and assistance. Support your team in enhancing their product knowledge and skills.

Your Profile:

You possess a strong understanding of garden/outdoor products and techniques. You are a natural leader with excellent communication and analytical skills. Your customer-centric approach ensures that every interaction is positive and helpful.
