Job Title: Technicien Calibration CPE H/F

Job Summary:

AKETYS is seeking a highly skilled Technicien Calibration CPE H/F to join our team. As a key member of our calibration department, you will be responsible for executing calibration tasks, assisting the calibration engineer, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute calibration sequences in accordance with established operating procedures and test specifications.
  • Prepare equipment and products for calibration tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collect and compile test data, calculate results, and analyze against required specifications.
  • Generate test reports, including analysis and conclusions, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and report non-conformities, and participate in root cause analysis of equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with the calibration engineer to troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including the optimization of laboratory workflows and the implementation of new tools and technologies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to 5S principles.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment, and manage chemical supplies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Measurements or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of metrology principles and practices.
  • Strong understanding of electronic system architectures.
  • Proficiency in electrical measurement equipment and software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including plans and schematics.
  • Fluency in English, with a strong understanding of technical terminology.
