Job Summary

We are seeking two Contentious Claims Managers to join our team on a 5-month contract. As a key member of our contentieux team, you will be responsible for contributing to the recovery of claims that have entered a pre-contentious or contentious phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the recovery of claims through negotiation and communication with debtors
• Inform and educate members on their rights and obligations, and provide guidance on their claims
• Discuss possible resolution options with debtors and implement the contentious claims process as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
