**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel's equipment and systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform corrective maintenance tasks on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, including diagnosing defects and replacing parts as needed.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance checks on equipment, including kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and pumps, to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and emergency procedures.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
  • Perform minor carpentry and joinery tasks as required.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**

  • Technical diploma or degree in electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic engineering.
  • Completion of NR10 training course.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and precision.
